Sami — recovery after a road accident

Sami arrived at the emergency department after a road accident on the Homs–Palmyra highway with multiple fractures and internal bleeding. Thanks to the new ABCDE protocol and the available resuscitation equipment, he was stabilized within an hour before being referred to Damascus.
